To access sign up forms on the website, click on the Schedule/Results tab on the left.  Choose the month of the meet you're looking for (in this case, November).  You will see the following schedule:

 

 

Under the Score heading, you will see a link titled "form".  Click on that link and the sign up sheet should open in a separate window.  Print it and return it to the front desk with your meet fees.  We will post sign up sheets in the same manner as they become available.
