The following is being forwarded on behalf of our Underdog Meet Managers:

Due to the large number of swimmers participating in the Underdog Meet (approx 420), we need to adjust the volunteer session times. 

Session 1 will still start at 7:45am for stagers, timers and scorers and run to about 12:30pm…Session 2 will now start at 12:50pm and run to about 4:45pm.

Concessions shifts have been adjusted as follows:

                Shift 1   6:30am-9:00am

                Shift 2   9:00am-11:30am

                Shift 3   11:30am-2:00pm

                Shift 4   2:00pm-4:30pm

We still have a few spots that need filling:

                1 - Friday Night Concession Setup at 5:00pm

                1 – Shift 3 of Concessions

                2 – Shift 4 of Concessions

                1 – Gym/Prime Time Clean-up

To volunteer, please call my cell phone at 715-630-3633 or sign up on the sheet in the pool area.   I will be contacting parents after 4:00pm Thursday to fill any open spots.

Total Swimmers - 418

Teams                - 11

Warm-ups             6:30am SPDY – all other teams to follow.

Officials meeting     7:45 am

Coachs/Timer mtg   7:55am

Warm-ups close         8:00am

 Meet Starts            8:15am

 Session 1 ends        12:30pm

Session 2 begins      12:50pm -  20 minute break for timers/official switch

 Meet Ends                4:45pm

As a reminder for Home meets, please park behind the YMCA and enter through the door near concessions. We are trying to be as considerate as possible to our other Y members and visitors.
