I highly suggest printing off your own heat sheets, rather than paying for one at the meet. If you have trouble accessing this link go to foxcitiesswimming.org and follow the links to the Bird Bath info. Any problems getting this info let me know.

Warm up Times:

Friday Session 1: 1:00PM (400 Freestylers only)

Friday Session 2: 3:30PM

Saturday and Sunday AM: 7:30 AM (9-10,11-12)

Saturday PM: 12:00 PM (8 and under, 13 and over)

Sunday PM: 11:30 AM (8 and under, 13 and over)
